Tracking

Every parcel tracked,
door to door.

Enter your order number and billing email below to see exactly where your parcel stands, and read on for what the tracking page means — including the moments when it appears to say nothing at all.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When does tracking appear?

The moment your parcel is handed to USPS or UPS, a dispatch email with the tracking number goes to the address on your order. Carriers scan parcels at their own rhythm, so expect the first movement to register within 24-48 hours of that email. A tracking page that says “label created” during this window is normal — the parcel is travelling toward its first scan point, not sitting forgotten.

What if the tracking stops moving?

Parcels sometimes ride several legs between scans, particularly across carrier hubs, and a quiet day or two mid-journey is unremarkable. Our threshold is firm: if the tracking shows no new scan for 10 days, email us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf. You will not be left to argue with a courier hotline yourself.

What if it says delivered but nothing arrived?

First, check the usual hiding places — porch corners, mailrooms, a neighbor who signed obligingly. Carriers occasionally scan “delivered” a stop or two early, and the parcel appears within a day of the scan more often than not. If one more day passes with nothing, contact us. We will query the carrier’s GPS delivery record and either locate the parcel or treat it as lost.

What happens when a parcel is genuinely lost?

Then the loss is our problem, not yours. Once the carrier confirms a parcel undeliverable or the trace comes back empty, we send a replacement from stock or refund the order in full — your preference. You paid for cloth on your table, not for a claims process, and we handle the paperwork accordingly.

Tracking looks wrong?

Forward the tracking number with a line about what seems off to hello@maisondeblocs.com — reading carrier scans is a daily chore for us and usually a two-minute answer for you.
