Every piece is in stock, so dispatch takes 1-3 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time join that day’s queue; later ones start the next business day.

Not at present — coverage is United States only. We also cannot serve PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, since our carriers require a street address for these parcels.
It arrives by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier, and the first scan typically appears within 24-48 hours after that. The Track Your Order page has a lookup form and advice for a quiet tracking page.
A return may be requested within 30 days of the day your order arrives, provided the piece is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
If you have simply changed your mind, return postage is yours. If we sent the wrong item or the piece arrived damaged, the cost is ours in full — replacement or refund, your choice.
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Because a person printed it. Each motif is stamped by hand with a carved wooden block, so tone and pattern placement vary slightly from piece to piece — the recognized mark of genuine block printing, not a defect, and not grounds for a return on its own. The design and palette will match what you saw; the fingerprint will be your piece’s own.
No — these are covers only, and inserts are not included. For a full, well-shaped cushion we suggest a 22 × 22 inch insert behind each 20 × 20 cover; the reasoning is laid out in the Size Guide.
Checkout runs through PayPal, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details go to the gateway directly — we never see your full card number.
