Order changes

Catch your order
before it prints.

A printed-to-order cover moves toward production almost immediately, which keeps nothing wasted but makes the change window short. Below is what can still be altered, and for how long.

How long is the window?

12 hours from the moment you place the order, or until printing begins, whichever comes first. Because nothing is pre-printed, order files are released to production quickly; that speed serves the delivery date but shortens the time in which an order can be pulled back.

What can be changed?

Within the window, essentially everything: the size, the design, the quantity, the shipping address, or the whole order canceled for a full refund to your original payment method. State exactly what you want changed in your email so the correction can be made in one pass.

How do you request a change?

Email hello@maisondeblocs.com with “Order change” and your order number in the subject line. During Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, flagged messages are pulled ahead of the queue. A request sent inside the window is honored even if our confirmation lands after the window has closed: the timestamp on your email is what counts.

What happens once the window closes?

Once a cover is on the press, it cannot be recalled: the fabric is already carrying your pattern. Two doors stay open. The shipping address can sometimes still be corrected before dispatch, so it always costs nothing to ask. And after delivery, the standard return window of 30 days applies, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Why not hold orders longer before printing?

Every hour an order waits is an hour added to your delivery date. We would rather print promptly and keep the change window honest about its length than advertise flexibility paid for with slower parcels.

Inside the window right now?

Email hello@maisondeblocs.com with “Order change” and your order number in the subject; flagged subjects are read ahead of the general queue during desk hours.
